Grandview Townhomes
Northeast quadrant of Minn. Hwy. 36 and Lexington Avenue

From Minn. Hwy. 36, exit at Lexington Avenue and go north. Take the first right, Lovell Avenue, between Brentwood Town Offices and Kinderberry Hill Child Care Center. This will take you into the Grandview Townhomes development.

We are at the end of the first street to the right that you come to upon entering the development. However, there is no parking on the streets, so you will have to park in one of the parking bays in the development and walk down to our place. Another option is to park outside the development, on Grandview Avenue to the north. After hours, some people park at the Kinderberry Hill daycare center. This is not authorized, but no one has gotten towed or in trouble for parking there in the evening or on weekends.
