On Tuesday night Rondeau saved the life of an 8-year-old girl, who was playing with sparklers when her dress caught on fire.  Rondeau, at home at 3016 1st Avenue South, heard the screams, grabbed his coat, and smothered the flames.  Rondeau was slightly burned but still able to play the next day.
