Th 8/31 Columbus L 0-2 75-53 After a game in Kansas City, the Louisville team has many players injured as their wagonette is struck by a street car, dragged, and badly wrecked.  League president Joseph O'Brien calls for a vote of Association teams to allow teams to loan players to Louisville, which would be unable to to continue without new recruits.  Louisville was in fourth place with a 68-61 record at the time.
